<p class="texto">Além da própria Constituição e do Código Eleitoral e leis correlatas, as eleições são reguladas por resoluções do TSE, que disciplinam detalhes sobre diversos pontos do pleito, como o registro de candidaturas e a propaganda eleitoral, por exemplo.</p>
<p class="texto">Todas as audiências podem ser acompanhadas ao vivo no <a href="https://www.youtube.com//justicaeleitoral" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">canal do TSE no YouTube</a>. Nesta segunda-feira, o tribunal abriu espaço para a manifestação sobre a resolução que trata da prestação de contas de campanha.</p>
<p class="texto">A maior parte dos participantes, até o momento, foi composta por advogados da área eleitoral, que propam ajustes em alguns detalhes específicos. Também participaram representantes de partidos políticos e de entidades como a Academia Brasileira de Direito Eleitoral e Político (Abradep), entre outras.</p>
<p class="texto">"O que nós buscamos com esse diálogo, com essas contribuições, é dar previsibilidade, estabilidade e coerência às regras regulamentadoras das eleições de 2022", disse o ministro Edson Fachin, vice-presidente do TSE, na abertura dos trabalhos. Ele preside a comissão responsável pela elaboração das resoluções.</p>
<p class="texto">As inscrições para falar durante as audiências, que foram abertas para qualquer cidadão, já se encerraram. Entretanto, quem ainda quiser enviar contribuições às resoluções pode fazê-lo até amanhã (23) pelo <a href="https://www.tse.jus.br/servicos-judiciais/audiencias-publicas/audiencias-publicas-sobre-as-minutas-das-resolucoes-que-regerao-as-eleicoes-2022" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">formulário eletrônico disponibilizado pelo TSE</a>.</p>
<p class="texto">No portal do TSE podem ser encontradas também as minutas de todas as resoluções para as eleições de 2022. As audiências públicas são uma das etapas para a redação das normas para o ano que vem, cujo texto final deve ser aprovado pelo plenário da Corte Eleitoral.</p>

Além da própria Constituição e do Código Eleitoral e leis correlatas, as eleições são reguladas por resoluções do TSE, que disciplinam detalhes sobre diversos pontos do pleito, como o registro de candidaturas e a propaganda eleitoral, por exemplo.
Todas as audiências podem ser acompanhadas ao vivo no canal do TSE no YouTube . Nesta segunda-feira, o tribunal abriu espaço para a manifestação sobre a resolução que trata da prestação de contas de campanha.
A maior parte dos participantes, até o momento, foi composta por advogados da área eleitoral, que propam ajustes em alguns detalhes específicos. Também participaram representantes de partidos políticos e de entidades como a Academia Brasileira de Direito Eleitoral e Político (Abradep), entre outras.
"O que nós buscamos com esse diálogo, com essas contribuições, é dar previsibilidade, estabilidade e coerência às regras regulamentadoras das eleições de 2022", disse o ministro Edson Fachin, vice-presidente do TSE, na abertura dos trabalhos. Ele preside a comissão responsável pela elaboração das resoluções.
As inscrições para falar durante as audiências, que foram abertas para qualquer cidadão, já se encerraram. Entretanto, quem ainda quiser enviar contribuições às resoluções pode fazê-lo até amanhã (23) pelo formulário eletrônico disponibilizado pelo TSE .
No portal do TSE podem ser encontradas também as minutas de todas as resoluções para as eleições de 2022. As audiências públicas são uma das etapas para a redação das normas para o ano que vem, cujo texto final deve ser aprovado pelo plenário da Corte Eleitoral.
