<p class="texto">O caso será votado apenas em sessão do plenário virtual, onde não existe debate e os votos são computados em sistema eletrônico. A ação correrá no Supremo entre os dias 15 e 22 de setembro de 2023.</p>

<p class="texto">À época em que o processo foi analisado pelo Senado Federal, a votação foi fatiada, ou seja, a saída de Dilma da presidência e a decisão se ela poderia manter os direitos políticos foram votados separadamente.</p>
<p class="texto">Em setembro de 2016, a ministra Rosa Weber, hoje presidente da Corte, decidiu negar os pedidos para uma liminar provisória que deixassem Dilma inelegível e sem direitos políticos.</p>
<p class="texto">O que será analisado a partir dessa sexta-feira são os méritos das ações movidas por seis partidos diferentes: Rede e Sustentabilidade, hoje da base do governo, PSDB, Cidadania (à época, PPS), MDB, PSL e Democratas (ambos se tornaram o União Brasil). Três parlamentares também moveram ações: o senador Magno Malta (PL-ES), o ex-senador Álvaro Dias (Podemos) e o deputado José Medeiros (PL-MT).</p>
<p class="texto">Após todo o processo de impeachment, Dilma chegou inclusive a se candidatar nas eleições seguintes, em 2018, para senadora de Minas Gerais. Ela terminou em quarto lugar no pleito.</p>
<p class="texto">Atualmente, ela foi nomeada ao cargo de presidente do Novo Banco do Desenvolvimento (NDB), conhecido como Banco dos Brics.</p>

Em 2016, a votação do Senado Federal foi fatiada, deixando-a portanto fora da presidência do Brasil, mas mantendo seus direitos políticos 27676p
O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) ou a analisar nesta sexta-feira (15/9) a manutenção dos direitos políticos da ex-presidente Dilma Rousseff (PT) após o processo de impeachment do qual ou em 2016, Na época, ela deixou a presidência, mas manteve a possibilidade de se candidatar para cargos políticos.
O caso será votado apenas em sessão do plenário virtual, onde não existe debate e os votos são computados em sistema eletrônico. A ação correrá no Supremo entre os dias 15 e 22 de setembro de 2023.
À época em que o processo foi analisado pelo Senado Federal, a votação foi fatiada, ou seja, a saída de Dilma da presidência e a decisão se ela poderia manter os direitos políticos foram votados separadamente.
Em setembro de 2016, a ministra Rosa Weber, hoje presidente da Corte, decidiu negar os pedidos para uma liminar provisória que deixassem Dilma inelegível e sem direitos políticos.
O que será analisado a partir dessa sexta-feira são os méritos das ações movidas por seis partidos diferentes: Rede e Sustentabilidade, hoje da base do governo, PSDB, Cidadania (à época, PPS), MDB, PSL e Democratas (ambos se tornaram o União Brasil). Três parlamentares também moveram ações: o senador Magno Malta (PL-ES), o ex-senador Álvaro Dias (Podemos) e o deputado José Medeiros (PL-MT).
Após todo o processo de impeachment, Dilma chegou inclusive a se candidatar nas eleições seguintes, em 2018, para senadora de Minas Gerais. Ela terminou em quarto lugar no pleito.
Atualmente, ela foi nomeada ao cargo de presidente do Novo Banco do Desenvolvimento (NDB), conhecido como Banco dos Brics.
